RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Khabar Bite, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the mistake is on our side, return shipping will be covered by Khabar Bite.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to product availability.
